International workshop in Karlshamn, Sweden - September 2017

The Swedish Forest Agency hosted a two day workshop the 20th and 21st of September 2017. Project partners, associated partners, institutions and entrepreneurs had the possibility to meet, discuss about tourism and create contacts.

The aim of the workshops was to discuss synergies and conflicts in management and tourist use of hardwoods areas and to set up the frame for a cross-border tourism strategy.

The two days included, besides workshops, working meetings and seminars. The programme also offered a visit to the Mörrumsriver and Kronolaxfiske, which is a destination for sport fishing with the aim to deliver sustainable nature experiences by the most beautiful fishing water in Sweden.
