Workshops, seminars, meetings and study visits were carried out during the project period. On this page, you can read more about these activities.

Three international workshops was arranged during the project period:

  • a kick-off in Poland in September 2016
  • a midterm workshop in Sweden in September 2017
  • a final workshop in Lithuania in 2019

One day in each workshop was open to the public and interested parties. It included lectures and excursions to selected pilot areas or interesting hardwoods sites. The second day consisted of meetings open only to project partners and associated partners.


Seminars addressing tourism in hardwoods forest and its challenges were arranged during the project period.

Working meetings

Working meetings was held via Skype once a month for the entire period of the project. These meetings were open only to projects partners and totally dedicated to coordinate and follow up the operative work.

Study visits

Study visits to pilot areas in Lithuania, Poland and Sweden were arranged during the project period. The study visits were open to the public.
