Demonstration Areas

At Grip on Life’s demonstration areas, you can learn more about forestry with consideration for forest water, continuous-cover forestry, conservation management, and the life in and around the water. The demonstration areas will remain accessible at least until 2030.

The demonstration areas are ideal for educational use by various organizations, such as government agencies, associations, or forestry companies. However, all interested visitors are welcome to explore the areas on their own! There are more than 60 areas across the country. Please note: information about the demonstration areas is only available in Swedish.
